We appreciate that every customer and garden is different and for this reason we offer a varied and flexible service, which can be matched to your own individual needs and budget. You can choose the level of service to suit your requirements and can opt for any combination of the options listed below. The cost of layout and planting plans will be determined by the size of the area covered whereas construction costs will be priced on an individual basis. This service provides the opportunity to have an informal on-site discussion on the potential of your garden and to establish your needs and requirements. Advice can be given on any problem areas or just general design ideas. Depending on your
requirements, for an additonal fee, approximate measurements and photographs of the area under consideration may be taken and a site analysis can be drawn up. A consultation may influence the level of service you require for which a quotation can then be prepared. (click here for example site analysis)A GARDEN LAYOUT PLAN
This is the scaled plan from which the new garden will be constructed. It shows the exact size, shape, position and location of all the elements, which will make up the new design of the garden, including proposed areas of hard landscaping, planting, walls, steps, and water features together with any suggestions for statutory or other enhancements. A layout plan can be for the whole garden or just a specific area and can range from incorporating some existing features into a new overall design to complete redesign of the garden. Client input and review is an integral part of the procedure to ensure your needs are met.
